Makeup terms & conditions

  • No deposit, no booking. Studio makeup appointments are secured with a $50 non-refundable deposit per person; on-location (home service) appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, and are deducted from your total.
  • The remaining balance can be paid by credit/debit card or Zelle before your appointment.
  • Cancellations are not accepted, so please be sure of your date and time before booking.
  • Appointments are cancelled if you arrive 30 minutes late or more, and full payment will be required.
  • A no-call, no-show or last-minute cancellation requires full payment and may result in being unable to book with us in future.
  • Please arrive with groomed brows and a clean face. Brow grooming is available for $10.
  • No cell phone use while being serviced, and no additional guests unless they are booked.

Photography terms & conditions

  • No deposit, no booking. A 50% deposit is required to book your session.
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. The final payment is due on the day of your shoot.
  • Once your session is booked, all other clients are declined for your selected date and time.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled once, at least 48 hours before your shoot, to keep your deposit. A $50 rescheduling fee applies.
  • No-call, no-show clients forfeit their deposit and may be unable to book with us in future.

Lateness

  • A $35 late fee is charged for every 15 minutes of lateness, and late arrival results in a shorter session.

Additional information

  • Home service travel fees are based on the driving time from our studio in Plano: up to 30 minutes $80, 30–45 minutes $100, and 45 minutes to 1 hour $120. Longer distances are quoted on request.
  • Extra pictures can be purchased for $20 per image.
  • Delivery: watermarked proofs are sent within 24 hours for your selection, and final retouched images are delivered 7 to 14 days after your selection.
  • Studio backdrops and designs are for in-studio shoots only. For home sessions, please have your setup ready — we are happy to help with any decorations you have.

Promotional content

By booking with Rosiannas Studios you agree that we may use pictures and videos from your session for promotional purposes on social media. If you would prefer your images not to be posted, please let us know before your appointment.
